Review - Lush Candy Mountain Bubble Bar
Hello!
I'm a hugggeeee fan of Lush, particularly their bath bombs and bubble bars. As soon as I heard their Christmas stock had appeared I knew I had to pop in to my local Lush and see what treats they had come up with. Candy Mountain caught my eye immediately. It's pink, glittery and smells divine! A lovely, girly bubble bar. I kept it tucked away in my room for a few days after purchasing it and the scent made my room smell great!
This bubble bar contains vanilla and the overall scent is really sweat, girly and kind of reminds me of love heart sweets (though I could be completely wrong!). The pink colour of the bubble bar transfers in to the water to create a very subtle pink tone to the water and bubbles. The glitter doesn't at all transfer in to the water so if you're a bit scared of coming out the bath looking like a glitter ball there is no chance of this.
I'm never sure how much bubble bar you're meant to use per bath, but I normally manage to make it last about 5-6 baths and this gives enough bubbles for me. I snapped the top peak of this bubble bar and crumbled it under the hot tap. It gave a lovely layer of subtle pink bubbles that lasted the entire bath, not to mention the lovely scent that filled the entire bathroom!
This bubble bar costs £2.65 which is an absolute bargain! I will definitely be purchasing another and keeping myself stocked up on it for as long as possible!
Have you taken a peek and the Lush Christmas stock yet?
